JBenchmarkHD examines the Java hardware acceleration capability in your mobile phone. On the basis of eight individual tests, the program measures and compares the strengths and weaknesses of the Java machine on your phone with other phones. The free software summarizes the results and then loads them into an Internet database.
The program is pretty simple with just one click on your menu needed to start the test. Among other things, the software measures the phone's capacity to handle three-dimensional environments and indicates the rating on a "low to high" scale.
The program then uses data gained from the database to compare the phone's performance with several thousand data records and examines how your phone measures-up. This useful program allows you to gauge whether your phone will be able to handle Java intensive applications.
